Set in a storefront window in the Elliot park neighborhood of Minneapolis.

Peeping in a window, the audience was witness to a seascape that featured a bandaged mermaid, a feast, and repeated images of Jon-Benet Ramsey, while the sounds of a shipwreck were broadcast to the sidewalk.
